These terms apply to Tender Line Media's free website design and development launch initiative for the first 20 projects with confirmed reservations and complete project requirements. There is no fixed expiry date; enrollment closes when all 20 spots have been confirmed.
Standard deliverables
One informational website with exactly four agreed pages: Home, About Us, Services and Contact Us. The site will be responsive, in one language selected by the client, with two consolidated revision rounds and limited refinement of client-provided copy.
Client costs
The design and development services within the above scope are free. The client is responsible for domain registration, web hosting and their renewals, purchased and owned by the client. Third-party fees and optional additional services are not included.
Client-provided materials
The client provides a logo (if available), legally usable images, company details, initial text, contact information and required domain/hosting access. Light text refinement does not include full original copywriting or translation into a second language.
Exclusions
No online store or payment system, booking solution, recurring maintenance, additional pages/languages, logo creation, photography, full new content production, Google search ranking guarantee or promise of customers/sales. Any outside-scope request requires separate agreement and is optional; there are no mandatory add-on subscriptions or hidden design fees.
Reservation and production
Sending a message or submitting the form is not a reservation. Tender Line Media reviews suitability, defines scope, confirms participation and counts the spot only when requirements have been completed. Each project's delivery timetable is agreed after confirmation and material receipt.
Revisions and approval
Each round means one consolidated list of corrections within the original agreed pages and functions. Features or pages outside the scope are separate new requests. Website publication follows final review and client approval.
Consent and portfolio
Additional services are not mandatory. Any request to display the client's completed website in a portfolio must be handled separately and clearly.
